2. Price vs. Value (25%) — Cost per active viewer hour based on realistic monthly usage. Ad-supported tiers evaluated separately.
3. Streaming Quality & Reliability (20%) — 4K/HDR availability, Dolby Atmos support, buffering performance, and download quality.
4. User Experience (15%) — Search, recommendations, parental controls, and device compatibility.
5. Cancel & Rejoin Flexibility (10%) — We test cancellation flow, watch history retention, and resubscription experience.
